Scandalous Twist: Rogue Young Lawyers Who Sold Sirona Hotel for Ksh 200 Million Using Fake Title Deed Shot in Dramatic Ambush By DCI (Walikulishwa ndengu…200bullet!!!)

Thursday, November 7, 2024

Prominent lawyer Nelson Havi recently recounted a chilling encounter involving a group of audacious young lawyers who met a tragic end after pulling off a bold scheme to sell Sirona Hotel for Ksh 200 million using a fraudulent title.

Havi revealed that the lawyers, desperate to salvage what remained of their wealth, approached him for legal assistance after DCI froze their accounts, leaving them with just Ksh 25 million. Havi agreed to take on the case—on one condition: a deposit of Ksh 5 million upfront.

But just as the deal seemed sealed, Havi got an unexpected call from veteran lawyer Mugambi Imanyara, who urged him to think twice. Imanyara warned Havi against touching the high-stakes case, ominously describing the young lawyers as “the walking dead.”

Ultimately, Havi heeded the advice. Days later, the rogue lawyers were cornered by DCI officers and killed in a brutal ambush, sealing the fate of one of Nairobi’s most dramatic fraud cases in recent memory.

In line with Imanyara’s prediction, the rogue lawyers were reportedly shot dead by suspected DCI officers, and their vehicle was subsequently towed to the Parklands Police Station.

“A week later, I noticed a bullet-riddled Mercedes Benz 200C parked across from my office at Parklands Station,” Havi recalled.

Curious, I asked the OCPD, a former schoolmate from Musingu, what had happened.

He replied, “Those Sirona lawyers and their client were all taken down. Case closed.”
