Bungoma Giant Isaac Otesa Secures First Brand Ambassadorial Deal Following Bradley Marongo’s Advice

Isaac Otesa, famously known as the Bungoma Goliath for his remarkable height, has achieved a significant milestone by landing his first-ever brand ambassadorial deal with the Health 4 All Foundation.

Influencers Manzi wa Kibera and Chali wa Kibera played a pivotal role in securing the deal and took to social media to celebrate Otesa’s success. The announcement comes just days after Bradley Marongo, another iconic figure known for his height, encouraged Otesa to remain patient, reminding him that fame alone does not guarantee immediate riches.

This partnership marks a promising step forward for Otesa, who is now set to leverage his unique stature to inspire and promote health initiatives.

Isaac Otesa’s Determination Finally Pays Off, Lands First Brand Ambassadorial Role

Isaac Otesa, the towering Bungoma Goliath, has achieved a long-sought breakthrough, inspired by his lookalike Bradley Marongo, who gained fame for his extraordinary height.

Previously working as a boda boda rider in Bungoma, Otesa temporarily put his job on hold to pursue opportunities in Nairobi. He hoped to meet Marongo and follow in his footsteps by securing brand endorsements. Despite his determination, Otesa’s initial efforts bore no fruit, prompting him to return to Bungoma.

However, on his second attempt in Nairobi, fortune smiled upon him. Otesa successfully landed his first brand ambassadorial deal with the Health 4 All Foundation. Sharing the good news, influencer Chali Wa Kibera posted:

“Congratulations! Isaac Wa Bungoma just signed his first big deal. Courtesy of Manzi wa Kibera and Chali wa Kibera. Congratulations.”

How did Bradley Marongo advise Isaac Otesa?

Notably, Marongo had earlier advised Otesa against chasing quick money and reiterated his point, explaining that fame does not equate to instant wealth.

“Isaac thought coming to Nairobi would make him rich. Celebrity status doesn’t bring instant wealth. It’s a slow process. Let those tall men who are now coming out just come out,” Marongo had said during an interview on Milele FM.

Why Isaac Otesa Regretted His First Trip to Nairobi

In a candid revelation, Isaac Otesa, famously known as the Bungoma Goliath, opened up about his challenging experience during his first visit to Nairobi. The father of three recounted being forced to share a bed with two other individuals, including a woman, which made him deeply uncomfortable.

Feeling out of place and struggling with the living arrangements at Manzi wa Kibera’s house, Otesa ultimately decided to leave. He sought refuge at his in-laws’ home, regretting the circumstances of his trip.

Otesa, a boda boda rider, had left his wife and children in the village, hopeful that his Nairobi trip would pave the way for financial opportunities to support his family. Unfortunately, his initial visit did not meet his expectations.
